Explosion Proof

Explosion Poof Single Girder Overhead Crane for Defense Department

Supply of 35 nos of Explosion Proof Cranes for Defense department. When we received the order from the defense department, we had to strictly obey the period for each lot of crane to be delivered throughout Dubai, Sharjah & Abu Dhabi (Defense Bases). Although, being Ex-Proof Cranes & delivery period for most parts were critical. We planned, designed our supply chain to get all the 35 Cranes delivered within specified time frame from Germany to Installation of the cranes at site with our teams coordinating with the site in-charge to get the crane commissioned hassle free & approved by the defense authority.

Over Head Crane

Overhead Crane for Desalinization Plant

19 nos of Overhead Cranes to be installed in DEWA desalination plant & custom engineered to be installed for compact shed size, humid & corrosive environment of the desalinization Plant. With our success with the previous DEWA project, we were entrusted with another major project. This time, there were extreme customizations to be made to fit the crane in the compact conditions. We re-thought the concept of our design considering the customizations required to fit in the such compact shed of the desalinization plant. With all this, we also had a time constraint to follow & accordingly the crane was designed & manufactured to get the approval from DEWA.

Turbine Building Crane

Turbine Building Overhead Crane

140T Turbine Overhead Crane supplied to DEWA with Air Conditioned Cabin and all the major features for the Crane. DEWA’s requirement of multiple crane for the Turbine room was special & challenging for us. Since, the requirement being from DEWA, the standard to be maintained along with all the features & documentation was extraordinary. Also, the Turbine crane (140T) was with 12.5T shuttle, which was indeed a engineering challenge. Keeping all the standards, special features, documentations for each steps & processes in mind, the end product was designed. The manufacturing of the cranes were done successfully with all the cranes tested as per the standards & approved by DEWA team.

Gantry Crane

Gantry Crane for maintenance

10T & 20T Gantry Crane installed for production purposes of swimming pools going to be installed in major resorts. The customer required the standard yet highly urgent order of 2 gantry cranes of 10T & 20T. Keeping in mind the urgency of the customer, the decision was taken to fast track the procurement, manufacturing of the crane. Every department was briefed & priority was set as per our commitment to our well-calculated risk. As the end result, we successfully delivered the crane to the customer within 3-4 weeks of the receiving of order & installed successfully with the customer satisfaction.

HEAVY DUTY CRANE FOR MARINEE APPLICATION

Special-purpose, heavy-duty, reliable JIB crane with a load carrying capability of 4 tons or more are designed, produced, installed, and certified for marine applications where lifting is beyond 20 Mtr.

Special Gantry Crane

Largest Gantry Crane of Middle East

One of the Largest Gantry Crane (45T), standing at enormous height of 50 meter and span of 67 meter. Client had a unique & special requirement of 2 Gantry cranes to cover the entire span of the plant by Gantry Crane. We took this order with challenge to get this done. The design was prepared, risks calculated, teams organized & coordinated, each process were analyzed before execution & every decision before finalizing had a thorough brainstorming with all the teams. As a result of this, the final product was one of the largest gantry crane in Middle East as well As in world, with such huge capacity large span and enormous height of Lift, providing the complete turnkey solution for the installation & maintenance of whole major machineries.
